Co-working Office

Co-working spaces allow individuals to network and support other businesses; like-minded people work together to boost creativity and success. Their collaborative approach is appealing to start-up businesses and entrepreneurs.

The current building is The Mark Addy, a former bar and restaurant, that will convert into an office space. Led lighting will highlight the buildings original architectural features, such as brick-vaulted ceilings and steel columns, and tribute the structures industrial traits.

Jigsaw is a co-working space that focuses on how people come together. The office provides an opportunity for teamwork; social pods, hot desks and a communal garden encourage individuals to interact. The open plan layout creates a sense of community. The colour scheme implies a playful and relaxed atmosphere.

In an attempt to capture the essence of collaboration within the scheme, the furniture is adaptable. It fits together to suit the needs of the user, for example, the triangular stools tesselate to provide different types of seating. Likewise, the polygon desks can connect to form a meeting table that accommodates up to twelve people. The interior evolves to promote teamwork and creativity.
